Welcome to the electronic Patient Reported Outcome Measures in Melanoma (ePROMs-MEL) study

You will have received a copy of the Participant Information Statement that provides more detail about this study. Briefly, it will use iPads to directly collect information from people with stage III melanoma about how you are managing (including any difficulties you may be experiencing) from short surveys called patient reported outcome measures (PROMs). The information you provide will be reported to your treating doctors, nurses and other health professionals prior to your regularly-scheduled appointments. It is hoped this information will improve melanoma treatment and care by highlighting issues and outcomes that are important to you. It will help to support open discussion of any problem areas so your treating team can offer potential options to address them.
